This software will fully unlock ANY first-generation iPhone with a metal back (all firmware versions up to version 2.1) to ANY GSM network GUARANTEED or your MONEY BACK and will also uprade you to the latest version, currently 2.1 (Please note Three in the UK is not compatible with the 2G iPhone as they don't use standard GSM sim cards, you will need a 3G iPhone and our piggyback sim if you want to use the Three network).

We can also fully unlock the iPhone 3G for ANY network WORLDWIDE. If you purchase our iPhone 3G solution, you will get software delivered immediately via download which activates the iPhone, and a piggyback SIM sent via express delivery.

Please note we can only dispatch the piggyback sim to the cardholder address, this is a legal requirement.

By ordering our unlocking service, you agree terms of service stated on this page.

To receive a full refund please follow the procedures below.

REFUND PROCEDURE

If our software cannot unlock your iPhone, and our technical support staff cannot help, then you can email us to obtain a refund provided these conditions have been met:

2. Refunds will only be given when exhaustible avenues of support have been reached.

3. Requests for refunds must be made in writing by email within 7 days of the order date.

4. On receipt a refund will be issued within 21 days of the order date.

Refunds will not be issued if you have previously attemped to unlock the iPhone with another method not from us and failed as there is a limit on how many attempts can be made.

Refunds when agreed  will be made via the same method as payment.  Please note it may take 5 working days longer if you paid via credit or debit card.

iPhoneUnlock takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your mobile phone by performing the unlock procedure or using any software provided.
